The historic village of Strathpeffer lies 18 miles north-west of Inverness - 5 miles west of Dingwall and is famous for its Victorian Spa Pavilion. Strathpeffer has it's own 18 hole golf course, tea rooms, ice cream parlour, deli, bookshop and Museum of Childhood. There are walks and cycle trails suitable for all abilities which offer fabulous panoramic views of the surrounding area.
The Highlands of Scotland - famous for their beautiful scenery - offer many activities with everything from sedentary walks through golf, fishing and shooting to climbing Munros. Ben Wyvis towers above the village with Little Wyvis an easier walk for the less energetic.
